(A) The Lake County Sheriff's Coronavirus Emergency Supplemental Fund, a non-reverting fund, is established for the deposit and use of $58,008 in emergency supplemental funds from the DOJ - BJA Coronavirus Emergency Supplemental Funding (CESF) Program (CFDA #16.034), Award No. 2020-VD-BX-0269, for grant funded purchases in compliance with permissible uses and the Department's approved grant budget.
(B) Pursuant to I.C. 36-2-5-2(b), the Lake County fiscal body shall appropriate all money to be paid out of the Fund, except as otherwise provided by law.
(C) Any money remaining in the Fund at the end of the year shall not revert to any other fund but continues in the Lake County Sheriff's CCESF Fund.
