(A) The Lake County Board of Elections and Registration CARES Act Grant Fund, a non-reverting fund, is established for the deposit of $44,439.45.
(B) Pursuant to I.C. 36-2-5-2(b), the Lake County fiscal body shall appropriate all money to be paid out of the Fund, except as otherwise provided by law.
(C) Any money remaining, in the Fund at the end of the year shall not revert to any other fund but continues in the Lake County Board of Elections and Registration 2020 CARES Act Grant Fund.
