(A) The Lake County Health Department's CARES Act Coronavirus Relief Fund (CRF) and Epidemiology and Laboratory Capacity for Infectious Diseases (ELCID) Grant Fund, a non-reverting fund, is established for the deposit of $200,000, payable $100,000 in 2020 and $100,000 in 2021.
(B) Pursuant to I.C. 36-2-5-2(b), the Lake County fiscal body shall appropriate all money to be paid out of the Fund, except as otherwise provided by law.
(C) Any money remaining in the Fund at the end of the year shall not revert to any other fund but continues in the Lake County Health Department's CARES Act Coronavirus Relief Fund (CRF) and Epidemiology and Laboratory Capacity for Infectious Diseases (ELCID) Grant Fund.
