(A) The Lake County Council now establishes the LOIT Special Distribution Fund, Fund No. 016, a non-reverting fund, to receipt and account for the 75% restricted portion for infrastructure under I.C. 6-3.6-9-17(h)(1)(A).
(B) Appropriations from the Fund shall be subject to approval by the Lake County Council, or as otherwise provided by law.
(C) Any money remaining in the Fund at the end of the year shall not revert to the General Fund but continue in the LOIT Special Distribution Fund, subject to appropriation by the Lake County Council, or as otherwise provided by law.
