(A) The Restricted Home Address Fee Fund, a non-reverting fund, is established for the deposit of fees collected pursuant to § 35.52.
(B) The fees deposited in the Restricted Home Address Fee Fund shall be used by the County Auditor to offset the cost of the restricted home address procedure.
(C) Any money remaining in the Fund at the end of the year shall not revert to the General Fund but continue in the Fund, subject to appropriation by the Lake County Council, or as otherwise provided by law.
