(A) The Lake County Superior Court, County Division #3, Veterans Treatment Court Grant Fund, a non-reverting fund, is hereby established for the deposit and use of grant funds pursuant to the Indiana Judicial Center’s Award Document.
(B) The moneys collected from the grant shall be deposited in the Lake County Superior Court, County Division #3, Veterans Treatment Court Grant Fund and used for a full-time community corrections case manager for the Veteran's Treatment Court, as provided by the grant.
(C) Any money remaining in the Fund at the end of the year shall not revert to the General Fund but continue in the Lake County Superior Court, County Division #3, Veterans Treatment Court Grant Fund, subject to appropriation by the Lake County Council or as otherwise provided by law.
