(A) The Lake County Council hereby establishes the Lake County E911 Dept. 2901 Levy Transfer Operating Fund, for the deposit and use of the levy transfer dollars generated by the municipality/taxing units and the County participating in Lake County’s consolidation of emergency dispatching services, retroactive to January 1, 2015.
(B) Appropriations from the Fund shall be subject to approval by the Lake County Council, or as otherwise provided by law.
(C) Any money remaining in the Fund at the end of the year shall not revert to the General Fund but continue in the Lake County E911 Dept. 2901 Levy Transfer Operating Fund.
