§ 37.184 LAKE COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT THERAPY DOG FUND, A NON-REVERTING FUND.
   (A)   The Lake County Council establishes the Lake County Sheriff’s Department Therapy Dog Fund, a non-reverting fund, established for the deposit of funds donated to the Lake County Sheriff’s Department for its therapy dog and the funds shall be used for the care and maintenance of the therapy dogs.
   (B)   Deposits and expenditures from the fund shall be reported to the Lake County Auditor who shall keep a record for public inspection.
   (C)   Money remaining in the fund at the end of the year shall remain in the fund and not revert to the General Fund.
