(A) The CPHCP (Cooperative Parenting for High Conflict Parenting) Grant Fund, Fund No. 393, a non-reverting fund, is established for the deposit of $30,000 from the Supreme Court of Indiana for a new program addressing cooperative parenting for high conflict families. Participants, who are recommended by the Court, will pay a fee per family for the classes, which shall also be deposited in the fund.
(B) Pursuant to I.C. 36-2-5-2(b), the Lake County fiscal body shall appropriate all money to be paid out of the fund, except as otherwise provided by law.
(C) Any money remaining in the fund at the end of the year shall not revert to any other fund but continues in the Lake Superior Court, Juvenile Division’s CPHCP (Cooperative Parenting for High Conflict Parenting) Grant Fund, Fund No. 393.
