(A) The Lake County Council now establishes the CEDIT Pass Through Fund, a non-reverting fund, established for the deposit of funds collected pursuant to the CEDIT Ordinance, Ordinance No. 1360D, adopted on May 6, 2013.
(B) The funds collected shall be deposited in the CEDIT Pass Through Fund, a non-reverting fund and the funds shall be distributed to cities and towns.
(C) Appropriations from the fund shall be subject to approval by the Lake County Council or as otherwise provided by law.
(D) Any money remaining in the fund at the end of the year shall not revert to the General Fund but continue in the CEDIT Pass Through Fund, subject to appropriation by the Lake County Council, or as otherwise provided by law.
