(A) It is ordained by the Lake County Council that a need now exists for the establishment of a Cumulative Bridge Fund for the following purposes: For all uses as set out in I.C. 8-16-3-1, et seq.
(B) Be it further ordained that this Board will adhere to the provisions of I.C. 8-16-3-1. The proposed fund will not exceed $.01 on each $100 of assessed valuation. Said tax rate will be levied and payable in 2015.
