(A) The Lake County Council now establishes the Lake County Prosecutor’s Elderly Abuse Fund, a non-reverting fund, established for the deposit of the funds received as reimbursement from the contracts entered into with the State of Indiana Department of Aging for establishment of an adult protective services unit pursuant to I.C. 12-10-3.
(B) Appropriations from the fund shall be subject to approval by the Lake County Council, or as otherwise provided by law.
(C) Any money remaining in the fund at the end of the year shall not revert to the General Fund but continue in the Lake County Prosecutor’s Elderly Abuse Fund.
