(A) The Lake County Council now establishes the Lake County Multi-Agency Task Force Fund, Fund No. 182, a non-reverting fund, established for the deposit of funds received from the Indiana Criminal Justice Institute’s Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant and to be used for the purpose of operating expenses of the Lake County Drug Task Force.
(B) Appropriations from the Fund shall be subject to approval by the Lake County Council, or as otherwise provided by law.
(C) Any money remaining in the Fund at the end of the year shall not revert to the General Fund but continue in the Lake County Multi-Agency Task Force Fund, Fund No. 182, subject to appropriation by the Lake County Council, or as otherwise provided by law.
