(A) The Lake County Council now establishes the Infraction Deferral Fund, Fund No. 104, a non-reverting fund, established for the deposit of funds collected pursuant to I.C. 33-37- 4-2 to be used for the purposes as set forth in I.C. 33-37-8-6.
(B) Appropriations from the Fund shall be subject to approval by the Lake County Council, or as otherwise provided by law.
(C) Any money remaining in the Fund at the end of the year shall not revert to the General Fund but continue in the Infraction Deferral Fund, Fund No. 104, subject to appropriation by the Lake County Council, or as otherwise provided by law.
