(A) The Lake County Council now establishes the Collection Expense Reimbursement Fund, Fund No. 386, a non- reverting fund, established for the deposit of funds collected pursuant to I.C. 6-1.1-18-9 to be used for the purposes pursuant to state law.
(B) Appropriations from the Fund shall be subject to approval by the Lake County Council, or as otherwise provided by law.
(C) Any money remaining in the Fund at the end of the year shall not revert to the General Fund but continue in the Collection Expense Reimbursement Fund, Fund No. 386, subject to appropriation by the Lake County Council, or as otherwise provided by law.
