(A) The Recorder’s Perpetuation Fund, Fund No. 179, a non-reverting fund, is established for the deposit of $1 of the identification security protection fee charged for recording a document pursuant to I.C. 36-2-7.5-6 and for deposit of revenue received pursuant to I.C. 36-2-7-10(f). The Fund shall be administered by the Recorder and used for the preservation of records and the improvement of record keeping systems and equipment
(B) Any money remaining in the Fund at the end of the year shall not revert to any other fund but continues in the Recorder’s Perpetuation Fund.
