(A) The County Offender Transportation Fund is hereby established for the deposit of the application fee of $125 from offenders on probation or parole who apply to be transferred out of state under the interstate compact for adult offender supervision.
(B) The Fund shall be a non-reverting fund and any monies in the Fund at the end of the fiscal year shall remain in the Fund and not revert to the General Fund.
(C) Fifty percent of the application fee shall be deposited in the County Offender Transportation Fund and the remaining 50% shall be transmitted to the Indiana Judicial Center.
