(A) The Lake County Sheriff’s Pension Trust Fund, Fund No. 287, a non-reverting fund is hereby established.
(B) The Fund shall be used for the deposit of process fees collected under I.C. 33-37-5-15 and for the deposit of money for each verified claim under I.C. 33-37-7-11, and for the deposit of money collected pursuant to I.C. 6-8.1-8-3, to be deposited by the Auditor in the Sheriff’s Pension Trust Fund pursuant to statute.
(C) Any remaining money in the Fund at the end of the calendar year shall not revert to the General Fund but continue in the Sheriff’s Pension Trust Fund, Fund No. 287, a non-reverting fund.
