(A) Lake County’s Payroll Court Judgment Fund, Fund No. 441, a non-reverting fund, is hereby established for the deposit of judgment bond funds to be used to pay all court judgments regarding payroll issues to be disbursed through the Lake County Treasurer.
(B) Any money remaining in the Fund at the end of the year shall not revert to the General Fund but continue in Lake County’s Payoll Court Judgment Fund, Fund No. 441.
(C) All expenditures from the Fund shall be subject to appropriation by the Lake County Council or as otherwise provided by law.
