(A) The Prosecutor’s PCA Fees Fund (Fund), a non-reverting fund is established for the deposit of all monies as a result of an agreement with a state-approved collection agency to collect support amounts which are older than two years.
(B) The monies collected shall be deposited in the Prosecutor’s PCA Fees Fund, a non-reverting fund, with a percentage of the funds collected to the Auditor. The spending of the funds received is to be discretionary with the prosecutor.
(C) Appropriations from the non-reverting Fund shall be subject to approval by the Lake County Council or as otherwise provided by law.
(D) Any money remaining in the Fund at the end of the year shall not revert to the General Fund but continue in the Prosecutor’s PCA Fees Fund, subject to appropriation by the Lake County Council or as otherwise provided by law.
