(A) The Lake County Assessor’s Political Campaign Fund, a non-reverting fund, is hereby established for the deposit of voluntary contributions of 1% of the gross income of employees of the Lake County Assessor to be used by the Assessor for his or her political campaigns.
(B) Any money remaining in the Fund at the end of the year shall not revert to the General Fund but continue in the Lake County Assessor’s Political Campaign Fund.
(C) Any money in the Fund may be expended by the Lake County Assessor without appropriation.
