§ 37.078 STATE MORTGAGE FUND FOR THE DEPOSIT OF RECORDING FEES TO BE DISTRIBUTED TO THE AUDITOR OF THE STATE OF INDIANA.
   The State Mortgage Fund, a non-reverting fund, is established for the deposit of $2.50 in recording fees collected at the time of a mortgage is recorded with the Lake County Recorder. The funds shall be distributed to the State Auditor on or before June 20 and December 20 of each year.
