(A) Established, funding. The Interstate Compact Fee Fund, a non-reverting fund, is established for the deposit of the application fees paid by adult offenders on parole or probation who apply for adult supervision in another state, pursuant to I.C. 11-13-4 et seq.
(B) Application fee. Pursuant to I.C. 11-13-4 et seq., the application fee shall be used to cover the costs of administrating the interstate compact for adult supervision and shall be appropriated by the Lake County Council as provided by law.
(C) Non-Reverting. Any money remaining in the Fund at the end of the year shall not revert to any other fund but continues in the Interstate Compact Fee Fund.
