(A) Established. The Lake County Web Site Development Fund (fund) is hereby established for the deposit of monies received for the development and maintenance of a Lake County web site.
(B) Non-Reverting. The fund shall be a non-reverting fund and any monies in the Fund at the end of the fiscal year shall remain in the Fund and not revert to the General Fund.
(C) Appropriations. All requests for appropriations from the Fund shall be made by the Lake County Data Board and approved by the Lake County Council as provided by law.
