§ 37.054 ADOPT-A-CAR EQUIPMENT FUND.
   (A)   Established. The Lake County Council hereby establishes the Lake County Sheriff’s Adopt-A-Car Equipment Fund, a non-reverting fund to be used for the purpose of depositing donations received from participating sponsors for vehicle equipment used by the Lake County Sheriff’s Department.
   (B)   Appropriations. All expenditures from the Fund shall be approved by the Lake County Council as provided by law.
