§ 37.051 LAKE COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT GRANTS FUND.
   (A)   Established. The Lake County Council now establishes the Lake County Sheriff’s Department Grants Fund to receive money from various grants for the operations of the Lake County Sheriff’s Department.
   (B)   Appropriations. Appropriations from the Lake County Sheriff’s Department Grants Fund shall be made pursuant to Federal and State Law.
