§ 37.044 SALES DISCLOSURE FORM FEE FUND.

   (A)   Established. There is hereby established a Lake County Sales Disclosure Fund.

   (B)   Appropriation. The fees collected for filing a sales disclosure form (I.C. 6-1.1-5.5-4) shall be deposited into the Fund to be appropriated by the Lake County Council, pursuant to the request of assessing official of Lake County, Indiana for the following purposes only:

      (1)   Administration of I.C. 6-1.1-5.5-1 et seq.;

      (2)   Verification of the information contained on a sales disclosure form;

      (3)   Training of assessing officials; or

      (4)   Purchasing computer software or hardware for a property record system.
