§ 37.039 CRIMINAL DIVISION PUBLIC DEFENDERS FUND.
   The Lake County Council hereby establishes the Criminal Division Public Defender Fund for the deposit of monies received to provide services to indigent defendants. That monies from the Fund shall be appropriated pursuant to state and federal law.
