§ 37.032 BOND REDEMPTION FUND.
   (A)   Established. The Lake County Council hereby establishes the Lake County Bond Redemption Fund (Fund No. 320) for the purpose of redeeming the principal and interest on the Lake County Jail Bonds.

   (B)   Appropriation of funds. All appropriations and transfers from the Lake County Bond Redemption Fund shall be made only upon approval of the Lake County Council, except as otherwise provided by law.
