§ 37.024 POLICE OFFICERS’ SALARIES FUND.
   All state and federal grants which are used for salaries of Lake County Police Officers shall be placed in a fund which is hereby established and shall be known as the Police Officers’ Salary Grant Fund. All salaries shall be approved by, and all monies in the Fund shall be appropriated by, the Lake County Council pursuant to federal, state, and local law.
