(A) Established. The Lake County Juvenile Center/Lake Superior Court Juvenile Division Pay Telephone Fund is established. All money received from the use of pay telephones at the Center and Court shall be deposited in a non-reverting fund.

(B) Appropriation of funds. Monies from the Fund shall be appropriated by the Lake County Council pursuant to I.C. Title 36 for use by the Center and Court.
