§ 37.016 COUNTY RECORDER’S ENHANCED ACCESS FEE FUND.
   (A)   Pursuant to I.C. 36-2-7-10(b)(11), the County Recorder shall charge a supplemental fee of $3 per document, which shall be paid at the time of recording of the document.
   (B)   The supplemental recording fee of $3 is in addition to all other recording fees required by law for services rendered by the County Recorder’s Office.
   (C)   Pursuant to I.C. 36-2-7-10(c) the supplemental recording fee shall be placed in the Recorder’s Records Perpetuation Fund, along with the fees collected per I.C. 36-2-7-10(c)(5), I.C. 36-2-7-10(c)(6), and I.C. 36-2-7-10(c)(7), to be used by the County Recorder without appropriation, for the preservation of records and the improvement of record keeping systems and equipment.
