§ 37.011 CUMULATIVE CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT FUND.
   (A)   Established. A fund is established and known as the Lake County Capital Development Fund, pursuant to I.C. 36-9-14.5 et seq.

   (B)   Purpose. Monies held in the County Capital Development Fund shall be used as follows:

Other capitol outlay

Excess to be used for other county capitol needs as allowed by I.C. 36-9-14.5 et seq.

   (C)   Tax levy.
      (1)   Monies raised for the Lake County Cumulative Development Fund by a tax levy shall be made in calendar year 2002, on the taxable property within the county.
      (2)   The said tax levy shall be at the following rates: $2.33 per hundred dollars assessed valuation in 2002, or whichever is in effect.
