§ 37.005 SPECIAL ADVOCATE/GUARDIAN AD LITEM NON-REVERTING FUND.
   (A)   Pursuant to I.C. 31-40-3-1 et seq., the Court Appointed Special Advocate/Guardian Ad Litem Non-Reverting Fund is hereby created.
   (B)   Funds from all lawful sources shall be placed in the non-reverting fund, and appropriated by the County Council pursuant to law.
