(A) Fund established. A non-reverting fund known as the County Property Seizure Fund is now established in the County Treasury.

(B) Depositing of money and property.
(1) Money and property seized pursuant to I.C. 34-24-1-1 et seq. shall be deposited in the Fund.
(2) All money and property deposited in the County Property Seizure Fund shall be subject to appropriation by the County Council pursuant to I.C. 34-24-1-1 et seq.

(C) Appropriation. Appropriations shall include money to provide for and defray expenses of the County Prosecutor’s Office and County Sheriff’s Office associated with the cost of the action in seizing the property.
