§ 114.99 PENALTY.
   Any person, firm, corporation, organization or association, foreign or domestic, sponsoring or operating an outdoor event as defined in § 114.01, who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be liable for a fine up to $2,500. Further, the Chief of Police of Lake County, Indiana, or an authorized representative from the Police Department shall have the authority to close down any outdoor event for flagrant violation of any of the provisions of this chapter and to confiscate the permit issued by Lake County, Indiana.
