§ 114.12 LAKE COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS EVENTS EXCEPTED.
   This chapter shall not apply to any event that is conducted at the Lake County Fairgrounds. Those events shall be controlled by the rules and regulations adopted for and are specific to events at the fairground location. During the period of time that the fairgrounds are under lease to the Lake County Fair Board, that organization shall be responsible for permitting, supervising, and controlling any event during the period of the annual Lake County Fair.
