Any person, firm, corporation, organization or association, foreign or domestic, sponsoring or operating an outdoor event which dispenses and serves beer and/or liquor must rope or block off the area where beer and/or liquor is dispensed and served, with only one entrance to this area and the area must be posted with a “no minors” sign. Responsibility for ascertaining age (21 or over) lies with the sponsor or operator of the event. Serving of any beer and/or liquor must end no later than 11:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 10:00 p.m. on Sunday.
