§ 38.76 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   HAZARDOUS MATERIALS. 
      (1)   Materials required to be placarded by 49 C.F.R., subpt. F, placarding.
      (2)   HAZARDOUS MATERIALS and HAZARDOUS WASTE.
