§ 38.66 NOTIFICATION TO LAKE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AND DISASTER.
   Upon notification of a spill report, the Lake County Sheriff’s Police shall notify the Lake County Department of Emergency Management and Disaster. The Lake County Department of Emergency Management shall investigate the spill report and shall determine the appropriate response.
