§ 157.050 DESIGNATION OF ADMINISTRATOR.
   The County Council of Lake County hereby appoints the Lake County Plan Commission’s Executive Director and his or her designated staff member(s) to administer and implement the provisions of this chapter and is herein referred to as the Floodplain Administrator.
