§ 41.03 COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT INCOME TAX.
   (A)   The Lake County Council hereby imposes the County Economic Development Income Tax (CEDIT) on the taxpayers of Lake County, Indiana. The County Economic Development Income Tax is imposed at a rate of 0.25% on the taxpayers of Lake County, Indiana, and is effective upon the date of passage.
   (B)   The County Economic Development Income Tax Rate plus the Lake County Adjusted Gross Income Tax does not exceed 1.25%.
