§ 38.20 TESTS OF THE COMPREHENSIVE EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PLAN; OTHER EMERGENCY TESTS.
   (A)   Comprehensive emergency management plan; tests. Tests of the comprehensive emergency management plan may be conducted at any time with or without prior notification to persons other than the Director.
   (B)   Emergency tests. All emergency tests conducted within the boundaries of the county shall be coordinated with the Department.
