§ 30.05 COMMISSIONERS AUTHORIZED TO PERFORM REAL ESTATE SALES WITHOUT LICENSED AUCTIONEER.
   The Lake County Board of Commissioners are granted the authority under I.C. 36-1-3-1 et seq., Home Rule, to conduct an auction of real property as provided in I.C. 36-1-11-1 et seq., Dispose of Real Property, without a licensed auctioneer.
