§ 33.211 FINGERPRINTING FEE.
   (A)   The Lake County Sheriff’s Department shall charge $5 to individuals requesting fingerprinting services including but not limited to potential employers and gun permits.
   (B)   The fees collected shall be deposited in the Lake County Sheriff’s Fingerprinting Fee Fund, to be appropriated by the Lake County Council, or as otherwise provided by law.
