Any political sign permitted under this chapter summarily removed shall be stored for at least ten days at the county's public works garage. The Director of the Plan Commission, or designee, will attempt to notify the responsible party, as provided under § 159.02 of the removal and advise them of the location of the removed sign(s). The responsible party, as provided under § 159.02, will be responsible for the actual cost(s) of the sign removal, as provided under § 159.07, prior to retrieval of the removed signs.
