(A) Political signs permitted under this chapter shall not be erected earlier than 30 days prior to the applicable election day.
(B) No political sign shall exceed 48 square feet.
(C) No political sign shall be placed in a county easement.
(D) Notwithstanding the above, signs exceeding 16 square feet may be erected 45 days prior to applicable election day.
