§ 32.033 APPROVAL.
   To be effective, collective bargaining agreements made pursuant to this subchapter shall require approval by the County Commissioners, County Council, or any other county department designated by the County Commissioners or County Council, and the Indiana State Board of Tax Commissioners, where provided by law.
