Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each offense. Each day a violation is continued shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. The State’s Attorney shall be authorized to obtain an injunction against the operation of any massage establishment or out-call massage service being operated in violation of any provision of this chapter.
