§ 114.21 DEFINITION OF SEXUAL OR GENITAL AREA.
   For purposes of this chapter, SEXUAL OR GENITAL AREA is defined as the genitals, pubic area, buttocks, anus, or perineum of any person, or the vulva or breasts of a female.
